Hillenaar acquires Brouwer & Partners |

OEGSTGEEST – As from today OOH advertising business Hillenaar
acquires all outdoor media of Brouwer &
Partners.
Hillenaar now offers Street Furniture and Billboards
in over 250 municipalities and at once becomes a leading party in the OOH
market. “We are extremely proud of this expansion”, says CEO Jeroen Hillenaar.
“With the doubling of our amount of panels, according to the National Outdoor
Survey, we have the best VAC (Visibility Adjusted Contact) as well as the
highest contact frequency.”
According to the recently launched National Outdoor Survey, that will
publish the most recent and integrated figures in November, Hillenaar has the
highest reach for Street Furniture in Nielsen area’s III, IV and V. In
Nielsen I and II Hillenaar secures position number two. Because of the
acquisition Hillenaar now offers national coverage and is able to better
fulfil the wishes and needs of advertisers. “Besides our current presence in
e.g. Amsterdam, The Hague, Emmen and Parkstad Limburg, we now have prominent
presence in Eindhoven, Zaanstad and Den Bosch”, explains Hillenaar.
The increase in scale however does not mean that Hillenaar’s corporate
culture changes. The team in Oegstgeest has been expanded during the previous
months of negotiations in order to guarantee its personal, flexible and
proactive way of doing business. The acquisition of Brouwer & Partners only
relates to their outdoor media. “We do not employee their staff”, verifies
Hillenaar. “Brouwer & Partners will from now on focus exclusively on their
indoor media.”
